Hotel

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our staff will welcome you at the reception desk which is open 24 hours daily.
  • Check-in times : from 4pm
  • Check-out times : before 11am

What are the breakfast hours?

Our breakfast buffet is open from 7am to 10am every day.

Do you have a private parking lot ? A charging station ?

Our establishment has a private open-air parking lot under video surveillance, whose parking is at the rate of 15€ per night and per vehicle. For hybrid or electric cars, a private charging station is available, with two dedicated parking spaces, available by reservation and with a charge package at an additional cost. Please let us know in advance of your arrival, so that we can reserve one of these seats if needed. A top-up card will be provided at the hotel reception.

We also have two disabled parking spaces available.

Is Wi-Fi free?

Free high-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available in the hotel (rooms, common areas and spa).

Do you offer bike hire?

We work with an external provider to offer bike and e-bike hire. This service must be booked in advance and is subject to availability. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

Do you allow pets?

We welcome pets, subject to a surcharge of €20 per night per pet.

Please let us know when you book: we’ll be happy to provide a bed and a bowl in your room, subject to availability and the size of your pet.
Restaurant

Do I need to book a table in advance if I want to have lunch or dinner at the restaurant?

 As our restaurant has limited capacity, we would advise you to book your table in advance before arriving at the hotel. Do not hesitate to contact us.
Spa & Wellness

What are the spa’s opening hours?

Our spa and all its facilities are open all year round, from 9am to 8pm every day, and from 9am to 10pm on Tuesdays (excluding special periods and maintenance).

Is access to the spa included when booking a room?

Access is included and unlimited when booking an overnight stay: our hotel guests can access the facility from 4pm to 8pm (10pm on Tuesday evenings) on the day of arrival, from 9am to 11am on the day of departure, and from 9am to 8pm between two nights.

Do you accept clients who are not spa members?

Yes, you don’t need to book a room to enjoy the spa.

Is the swimming pool heated?

Our spa’s indoor-outdoor pool is open and heated to 32 degrees all year round. 

Do you allow children at the spa?

Hotel guests staying with their families may access the spa at any age; children under 16 are permitted in the pool and garden areas, provided that the peace and quiet of the premises are respected. The times when children are permitted are from 10am to 11am in the morning, and from 5pm to 6pm in the afternoon.

For our external guests, we welcome children under 16 on our occasional parent-child days; please do not hesitate to contact us for further information on this.
Practical information

Is the establishment accessible to people with reduced mobility?

The hotel and the restaurant are accessible to guests with reduced mobility. The access ramp is located at the entrance on Rue des Capucins.

Lifts are available in all the hotel’s buildings.

Do you accept holiday vouchers?

We accept ANCV holiday vouchers, both paper and digital (ANCV Connect). If using paper vouchers, please check that your name and address are pre-filled, or fill them in before payment.
