Take in the sights at the Grande Cascade de Tendon

Take a breath of fresh air at the Grande Cascade de Tendon, in the Vosges forest. At 32 metres, it boasts the longest waterfall in the Vosges.

Around 1 kilometre away, you can also admire the small Tendon waterfall. This is a family hike, with a round trip of 7 km (approx. 2? hours).

Take a stroll through the "Une figure dans le poirier" garden

This unusual garden in Gimont-Val-d'Api invites you to connect with nature at an altitude of 640 metres. Discover 500 hectares of permaculture where more than 500 plants and trees from the five continents flourish.

They mingle in different worlds inspired by English gardens and Japan. The site also features a tearoom and craft shop.

Go back in time at Fort du Parmont

Overlooking the town of Remiremont, the Fort du Parmont was part of the defensive curtain of Haute-Moselle, initiated by General Séré de Rivière in 1874. It contains a succession of rooms covering a total area of almost 2,900 hectares.

Several of these have been restored to their original state and are open to visitors. You can also enjoy a superb panoramic view over Remiremont and the Moselle and Moselotte valleys... with semi-liberty goats at your side!
